General Back Pain

Osteopathy For Back Pain Relief

There are many reasons for backache and a lot of the problems often resolve on their own given a bit of time, however, some are more persistent and can interfere with your work, exercise, hobbies or just life in general.

A lot of people are quick to dismiss the need for treatment because they think there is nothing that can be done.  This is often because the problem has been there for years or because they really do believe that they will always have a 'bad' or 'weak' back.

However, there are often very simple solutions for these back issues - whether you are suffering from muscular or ligament sprains, postural related aches or pains or even disc injuries, osteopathy can help.

Osteopaths treat the joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons to help relieve the pain and improve the mobility.   Osteopaths also assess and advise on possible postural changes which may be one of the causes of the tension and strains in the muscles and joints.

With simple take-home stretches and exercises as well as treatment, you will soon be back to doing what you love best.
