Our Other Services
Charlotte is a trained clinical Pilates instructor and is also an osteopath at our clinic. This allows her to use the skills obtained from both sides of her training to offer a very comprehensive and knowledgeable approach to her Pilates.
Pilates is a very effective way to improve the posture and therefore helping to remove any postural related pain within the body. There is a big focus on posture, breathing, balance and co-ordination. Not only will Pilates improve your strength, flexibility and tone of muscles, but it will also reduce stress and generally improve well-being.
There is a maximum of 8 people per class to allow Charlotte to check everyone is doing the movements correctly and safely. If mobility is a problem, Charlotte is very experienced at adapting the techniques and is also able to use the aid of a chair or similar to help people up and down from the floor. If you do not like to exercise in a class environment, Charlotte is also able to offer 1-2-1 sessions.
